New Normal is cancelled
Well I will boycott NBC except for Grimm and Ellen. Those are now the only shows I will watch.

And this woman’s voice was sooo familiar…
And I couldn’t place it until all of the sudden I realized she is…
:)
Wow, indeed :)
- i was just thinking about when i first started watching GH in 2006 pretty much for Robin and Patrick
- and how when i started to get into the other storylines I felt that I needed more background on the characters
- so I went to the library and went to see if GH had a book like Guiding Light and…
Dinah: I liked being good. I want to be good all the time.
Shayne: That’s not gonna happen. Probably not that much fun either.
Dinah: Probably not.
Today is the birthday of Diana Rigg, who we first came to love in “The Avengers” and still love in the “Mrs. Bradley Mysteries.” She’s also the author of a great book, “No Turn Unstoned: The Worst Ever Theatrical Reviews,” which we have in our collection. (Photo from the National Public Broadcasting Archives.)
So there’s this series that was done call the Mrs. Bradley Mysteries. It is absolutely wonderful. It features the fabulous Diana Rigg as Mrs. Bradley, a super sassy divorcie that goes around with her driver George solving crimes and being amazing. It also takes place during the 20s so the outfits and the music and great as well.
Oh yeah, there’s also a bit of Doctor Who crossover as David Tennant and Peter Davidson do make appearances.
It’s just really really great and you all should check it out.
I want a movie solely consisting of Diana Rigg and Maggie Smith trading vicious barbs with each other. No plot necessary. Helen Mirren can come too.
Love Anne Francis and her badass Barbie doll look!
Honey West was cancelled after only one season, replaced by another young boy’s favorite, The Avengers with Diana Rigg as Mrs. Emma Peel, another witty, sexy and resourceful young woman. *sigh*
Television in the 1960s had some very cool women. ♥
You know you’re deep in fandom territory when you know who the characters/actors are just by their shoes.
